About Yoga Blend

Elaine's Yoga classes are Hatha based, emphasizing precision, alignment and quality of movement. Through the use of props you will improve your postures as well as deepen them.

Yoga often relieves pain associated with backs, knees, and shoulders. Throughout the classes, Elaine will devote time to relaxation, always checking in to ensure the level of yoga is comfortable for each participant. The classes are taught to all levels whether you are a beginner or an experience practitioner
